Service Updates: Cost of Living Crisis 2022
We are in it now? Inflation running at approximately 10% for the last three months… the big question is how much one should put up prices. I wrote in January about the Cost of Living Crisis and now it is October and it’s all getting a bit worse – If you read the Press.
What does it mean for us, technically, if we get a few more customers that should cover us perfectly, more customers, more revenue and no need for increases in costs?
I will also suggest that our cost base has not risen substantially, at least until now, as most suppliers are pretty minimal in terms of our overall impact. Our costs are our time, the problem here is that everything in our personal lives is increasing in cost and therefore we have to earn more for our time.
Finally, to note, we’re moving offices and that’s resulting in a significant increase in costs as the rent is much higher. In short, rent and wages are driving this round of Price increases, we can’t get away with it.
