Exciting Times – Expansion Ahead

This are exciting time for NCompass with a number of expansion plans ahead in the next few months.  One tends to think of IT companies in terms of days, weeks or months as times move fast.

First up – we’ve launched new a new Support Desk for clients, we’ve introduced a new Cloud Accounting system, both to make our operations more efficient.  Next we’re upgrading the website and the Blog will follow that closely.

Then we will start looking for employees (contact me if you know of anyone looking for a tech job).  And finally we’ll look to expand our service offerings.

We have three avenues for expansion lined up:

1. eCommerce – we want to offer a more fulfilling service to our eCommerce customers and with our technical know-how we’re in a position to be able to offer fulfilment.  If you have an eCommerce website and you only get a trickle of orders or you get so many orders you cannot cope it will make financial sense to outsource that leg work to us.
2. Hardware (and Software) – with new client service systems in place we can look after Hardware and Software as well as your Internet needs, all ready we are often asked to recommend a computer, provide and email solution or advise on the best way to achieve a particular workflow.  We’re Google App Resellers and Microsoft Network Partners and there is more planned.
3. Business Support – we are hoping to one day be in a situation where we can invite small businesses into our offices and provide them with extensive help and support as they grow their  business through the initial stages.  We asked almost daily to build websites for new ventures, as such we want people to know we’ve been there and can help.
