New Service – Social Media Reporting

A quick entry – due to demand from a number of customers we starting to provide dedicated and comprehensive reporting on Social Media – at this moment this comprises of just Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Google Analytics (incorporated).

This is an independent reporting solution to go with any other service you already have, and is relevant whether you are doing your own Social or have 3rd party help you.

What’s the Value
I have always measured the success of a statistics or reporting to be based over a period of time.  What is the cause of a statistic to go up or down, what actions is required to encourage upward trends and what are you doing wrong to cause downward trends.

But Snapshots have their place and more so in Social Media than in other places.  If you’re promoting a product, selling on line Ad Space, desiring to reach a specific demographic in your audience Google Analytics can only take you so far.

Google Analytics can tell you how many, how much, where from and when.  But what it cannot tell you in WHO is visiting you.  That information is extremely value and this is where Social Media can fill an important gap.

Gender, Age and what people are liking about your website are all in the province of Facebook, Twitter and other Social Media.
